Includes:
*Two prenatal meetings to discuss your birth plan, learn relaxation techniques and labor positions, common interventions, and any questions or fears you have about birth and postpartum
*Handout of Local Resources for Pregnancy and Postpartum
*Evidence-based information with handouts
*Non-professional photos from your birth
*On-call from 38 weeks up to 42 weeks 24/7
*Continuous support at your chosen birth place (hospital, birth center, home) from active labor up to two hours post birth, including basic breastfeeding support
*A two-hour postpartum visit at your home up to two weeks after birth-this time could include processing your birth, help around the house, caring for baby while you rest or preparing a meal for you
* Available via text or phone call throughout pregnancy for support
